Musculoskeletal Treatments

ORTHOSES are a shaped insert, to go into your footwear. There are a number of choice options and can be an off-the-shelf type or custom made one. Orthoses may serve for either temporary or longer term use and can contribute to return to enjoyable activity.

SYMPTOMS for orthoses include  heel pain, some recurrent ankle sprains, tendonitis, irritated big toe joint, very stiff big toe joint, some forms of arthritis, pain in the ball of your foot, and more.

INSIDE your shoe, they form a new surface for your foot to walk over. This surface can be a selected pre-made design type, or, one made from a model of your foot, for a particular reason.

AIMS of inserts vary according to need.  Inside  your shoe, they form a new surface for your foot to walk over, easing pressure on key areas of concern in your foot.  This surface can be a selected pre-made design type, or, one made from a model of your foot for a particular reason.
