Functional Exercise

Musculoskeletal Treatments

OUR LEG  and FOOT muscles are the work horse of movement. Maintaining their health involves activity that makes them work. whatever our age.

Injury in a leg and foot usually affects muscle function and decondition them.

The exercises encouraged are usually achieveable within your normal home, sometimes work environment.  We try to supply those that can be built into everyday life as well, though this is not always possible.

It is repeated exercise that reinforces the gains made from other treatments in a session. Exercises are usually relevant to what is being rehabilitated and to enable you to feel the benefit.
